Marl and clay.
After a soft pressing the skin remains in contact with the must for a short time. The primary fermentation at controlled temperature starts to obtain the base wines which are then blended and bottle for the secondary fermentation.
This bright delicate pink colour is accompanied by a prudent perlage. Hints of bread are unleashed by pleasant notes of cosmetic powder and rose petals. Pink grapefruit and redcurrant overtones combine to enliven the bouquet. The cheeky carbonic sensation together with its acidity give this wine great fragrance and drinkability, creating a perfect balance and harmony with your olfactory sensations.
Lenght of ageing: 12 months on our selected strain of local yeasts and 3 more months after bottling. Potential for ageing: can drink now, but it has potential for ageing. Alchol level: 12,5% vol.Lorena Lancia, best Sommelier Fisar 2016, Trofeo Rastal.
