Its lemon colour reflects the simplicity of how nature oversees the growing and ripening of the grapes in the vineyard. Clear hints of apricot and floral notes of hawthorn and broom emerge with delicacy. Harmonious and fragrant on the palate, it has a flavoursome finish of helichrysum and citrus fruit.
