Clayed-calcareous marl.
After grape crushing and maceration, fermentation takes place on stainless steel vessels at controlled temperature. A secondary fermentation is carried out afterward in sealed tanks.
It is purple in colour with violet highlights appearing near the rim of the glass. Loud and clear notes of raspberry, plum and red cherry gather on the nose. As the red wine Oltrepò tradition dictates, petillance wins over the well-balanced palate and finishes with pleasant hints of liquorice.
