Clayed-calcareous marl.
Soft crushing and skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel vessels at controlled temperature.
The ruby colour in enriched by garnet hints. Fruity notes of red berry and floral hints of rose and wisteria gently tickle the nose. The smooth bite and the elegance of Pinot Noir meet the pleasing character of the Oltrepò tradition.
